The New York stage is thrilled to welcome back Victor Garber as he makes his cabaret debut. BRIDGET EVERETT, August 20 at 9:30PM:

For one night only, one of downtown’s most notorious heads up to the theatre district for a night of fun and debauchery. In this new show, Bridget will explore the songbook of the legendary Barry Manilow. An event for Fanilows, lovers and curious onlookers alike. Could it bemagic? Be there to find out. FAITH PRINCE & JASON GRAAE – “THE PRINCE & THE SHOW BOY,” August 21, 22, 23, 24. 25 at 8:30PM and August 24, 25 at 11PM:

"The Prince and the Showboy" unites Tony Award winner Faith Prince and L.A. Drama Critics Circle Award winner Jason Graae in a delightful evening of music and hijinks. Veterans of thirteen Broadway shows between them, this pair takes to the cabaret stage singing their most requested and memorable Broadway tunes. The show features a heartfelt tribute to Broadway legend Jerry Herman, who has been a significant influence on each of them, both personally and professionally. Join Prince and Graae, two of Broadway’s finest (and funniest) performers, and see why The San Francisco Chronicle recently called them “the Steve and Edie of the 21st Century.” Doors open at 7PM for 8:30PM shows and 10PM for 11PM shows.  Cover charge: $30-40.  $25 food and beverage minimum.

Join us on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after 9:30PM when 54 Below becomes a post-theatre lounge with live music, creative cocktails, and small food plates. Tuesday, August 14, The Green Room is thrilled to welcome esteemed musical theatre composer John Bucchino to 54 Below. The man behind Grateful, It's Only Life and Broadway's A Catered Affair will be at the piano playing an array of standards, classics and maybe an original tune or two in his own unique style.  Wednesday, August 15 features John Miller, who has played bass and recorded with, among others, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Eric Clapton, Tommy Flanagan, Peter, Paul and Mary, Cheap Trick, Elvis Costello, Leonard Cohen, Ray Charles, Mose Allison, BB King, Carly Simon, Bonnie Raitt, Cy Coleman, Tony Bennett, Bob Dylan, Bette Midler, Smashing Pumpkins, Burt Bacharach, Aerosmith, James Brown, John Pizzarelli, Lea Salonga, Kelli O’Hara, Betty Buckley, Pete Seeger and the NY Philharmonic. John has served as Music Coordinator for over 100 Broadway shows including: Jesus Christ Superstar, Leap of Faith, Newsies, Once, Porgy and Bess, Jersey Boys, Priscilla, Rock of Ages, Follies and Godspell.  No cover charge. SING, HARLEM, SING! GOSPEL/R&B BRUNCH, August 25 at 1PM

Sing, Harlem, Sing! created by Vy Higginsen and directed by Ken Wydro, comes to 54 Below with a soulful score filled with classic R&B, jazz, gospel and rock n’ roll hits from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. Higginsen and Wydro, the creative team behind the award-winning 1983 gospel musical, Mama, I Want To Sing, Sing Harlem Sing! celebrates African-American music, urban radio, and the energy of one of the world’s most legendary neighborhoods.  Performances begin at 1PM.  Doors open at Noon.  $30 cover charge.  $25 food and beverage minimum or a $45 prefix menu including entrée, dessert, and unlimited coffee and mimosas.

JAZZ BRUNCH at 54 BELOW with ALEX BUGNON, August 26 at 1PM:

Jazz Brunch at 54 Below brings some of the brightest jazz artists in town to the stage of 54 Below for a terrific Sunday afternoon of music, food, and drink.  On August 26, Jazz Brunch features Alex Bugnon. The Bugnon sound is a white hot, slow burning mixture of contemporary jazz, funk and R&B with a dash of gospel thrown in for good measure. Alex grew up in Montreux, Festival, and has gone on to delight audiences worldwide as both pianist and composer with his sophisticated musical style - an exotic blend or rhythms with haunting, soulful refrains. His many recordings have graced the Top 40 R&B charts many times over, and he is the recipient of two Soul Train Music Awards. Join Alex and his swingin’ trio for an afternoon of smooth tunes and sultry melodies.  Performance begins at 1PM. BACKSTAGE, Broadway’s Sunday night cocktail party and songfest, August 26 at 5PM:

On Sundays at 5pm, the theatre district is alive and abuzz with scores of hardworking actors who’ve just finished their workweeks with that final matinee before their day off. “Backstage” is a weekly Sunday evening event, from 5 – 7 p.m., where the theatre community can convene to relax and unwind - have a cocktail, enjoy the food of Chef Andre Marrero, and maybe get up and sing. This casual, social evening is a chance for us to welcome the theatre community for a few hours of fun and frolic at the end of an 8-show week. “Backstage” is hosted by two of Broadway’s funniest talents - Ann Harada (Smash, Avenue Q, Seussical, 9 to 5) and Susie Mosher (Hairspray), who’ll keep the evening rolling along with wise and witty repartee from the world of The Great White Way. No Cover charge.  Food and beverage minimum:  $15.  Doors open at 4:45PM.

TITUSS BURGESS – “BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE IT,” August 26 at 9:PM:

Broadway knows him from his starring roles in The Little Mermaid, Guys and Dolls, Jersey Boys and Good Vibrations, television audiences recognize him from “30 Rock,” and cabaret audiences applaud him for his soaring tenor voice. This summer, look for Tituss Burgess in Because I Feel Like It, a brand new show at 54 Below for one night only because, well,he feels like it! Marrero is the Executive Chef of the new venue, which provides a food and beverage menu from early evening through the wee hours of the morning that is worthy of the world-class entertainment on the stage.  Bringing together his love of the arts with his passion for cooking and hospitality, Chef André has created a market driven contemporary bistro menu that includes ingredients sourced from all over the world.
